Hi, I’m Meryl Hathaway

with Lemon Grove Wellness

Lemon Grove Wellness is support for your entire being- seeds through your shiny outer rind. If you’re looking to coach on negative patterns, anxiety, accountability, women’s health, pain and chronic pain management, identity development, or at some kind of crossroads, I’m your girl. I am a mix of your straight talking best friend in a Netflix rom-com and the neighborhood barista who TRULY wants to know how you’re doing as they pour your drink. I approach work as a warm hug with a ‘90’s soundtrack playing in the background.

I work through an affirming, strength-based lens, to listen and collaborate. I show up authentically, in bright colors and comfy shoes, with empathy and focus on the here and now. My role is to reflect and support as you grow into the most fully formed version of you.

Your life is important, and I am here for helping you enhance it.

Our Areas of Focus

(Among many points of discussion)

We often put off doing the things that are in our best interest, and give up making really crucial changes because it feels too dang hard. Change, unlearning and developing ourselves can be hard. But it’s far from impossible, and coaching is where the possibilities expand exponentially. I provide positive support, accountability and use fancy & far-from-fancy techniques that help you get unstuck, uncover what you really want and need, and walk alongside you as you get there. YOU drive us towards your self-actualization, and while it’s work, we can also enjoy the process.

Whether it’s physical health, social anxieties, job uncertainty, or a crisis of confidence, I will meet you with empathy and unconditional positive regard. Taking care of ourselves looks different for everyone. We will meet virtually, one-on-one, and talk through the here-and-now. We will develop goals and work in session to remove obstacles and celebrate all of those inevitable wins you’ll have.

“Meryl took the time to get to know me.”

“During my first session with Meryl, I could sense that she was really listening to me. “Meryl brought about this remarkable ‘Aha!’ moment for me.”

I would never have been able to come to certain conclusions on my own, it was Meryl’s ability to hear my word and reveal to me what I was really struggling with that brought about this remarkable ‘Aha!’ moment for me.”

— Michael
